MATAN

Matan Achituv is a 15-year-old race car driver from Kfar Saba, Israel. Beginning his racing career at the age of 11, Matan has spent the past 4 years competing and succeeding in numerous prestigious championships, including the WSK Karting, Multiple European & Italian Karting Championships, as well as the ILAKA Israel Junior Karting Championship (In which he became vice-champion). This year (2026), Matan will debut in European single-seaters in the UK's 2026 GB4 Championship.

Despite his busy racing schedule, Matan remains dedicated to his education, studying at the Galili High school in Kfar Saba like any other teenager. He also likes to pursue his passions for technology, sports, and sim racing daily.

Matan Achituv will race for reigning champions Elite Motorsport in the 2026 GB4 Championship. The 15-year-old Israeli began karting in 2022, finishing as runner-up in the 2023 ROK Cup Junior Israel Karting Championship. This year, Achituv finished sixth in the YACademy Winter Series with four point-scoring finishes from the six races contested before claiming 14th in the final USF Juniors standings. Elite claimed the GB4 Teams’ title by a staggering 210-points with its three drivers Ary Bansal, Isaac Phelps and Alexandros Kattoulas finishing first, second and fourth in the final standings. The trio achieved 22 podiums including nine race victories and 10 pole positions.
